Redemption with Apps

Step 1: Download the Application
Download the Pasaraya KU application on Play Store or App Store.

Step 2: Log in to Member Card
Key in the member card number to log in to application. (One (1) type of member card only subject to one (1) account in application.)

Step 3: Choose Redemption Item
Click on the “Redemption” icon and choose the desired redemption item.

Step 4: Choose The Branch before “Submit”
Choose the nearest Pasaraya KU branch for take the redemption item, tick (/) on the “”terms and conditions” section before proceed to “Submit”

Step 5: Receive a Short Message Service (SMS)
Customer will receive a message (SMS) when redeem successful and member points will be deducted automatically.

Terms and conditions

1. Only validated member card holder can make the redemption
2. Bring along member card and identity card (IC) to branch to collect the item.
3. The redeemed item will send to the branch that selected by member within 2-3 weeks working days. Member will recieve a call from our headquarter to inform member to collect redemption item in our branch.
4. The redeemed item can not been exchanged with others items or cash.
5. Member need to check the redeemed item before leaving payment counter. Any damage inccured after leaving payment counter cannot be exchanged with a new item or repaid with cash.
6. Items stocks are limited and can be redeem while stock last only.
